We very much enjoyed our stay. We spent 5 nights at the Viceroy and the 1 night at Nell. The shuttle was very convenient, the room was chic and functional, and the staff was helpful and kind. Two comments. First, the free shuttle and free minibar items made us feel lioke we were not getting nickled and dimed. It makes it much better to pay high prices for our room when we feel like we are being "taken care" of. Second, I feel that a hotel can have personality, but the individual staff members should not. In some cases the staff personalities shone through a bit more than optimal. They were lovely people, and I am being very picky, but I thought I'd just provide some food for throught.

Hi Guys

I have sent y a email I am after a price for next year standard room for my husband 50 th birthday prices are for 29/12/2015 to 9/01/2016 or 02/01/2016 to the 12/01/2016 10nights as. We would be travelling from the uk. So it will be based on 2 adults one child age 13 in standard room.
