Introducing Gray Line’s year-round service to the four mountains of Aspen/Snowmass. With conveniently scheduled service from Denver International Airport (DEN) your guests will enjoy guaranteed window/aisle seating and on-board entertainment with customized amenities as well as automatic snowchains on all motorcoaches. In addition, Gray Line’s Aspen service is supplemented by service from Eagle County Airport (EGE) and the Aspen Pitkin County Airport (ASE).

Denver International Airport to Aspen Pitkin County Airport

Passengers arriving to Denver International Airport need to allow a minimum of 1 hour to claim baggage and check in prior to scheduling their departure to Aspen/Snowmass. Passengers will need to check in at the Gray Line ticket counter in the center area of the terminal at least 30 minutes prior to departure to Aspen Pitkin County Airport. Passengers purchasing door-to-door service will have a van shuttle waiting for them at Aspen Pitkin County Airport to shuttle them to their resort accommodations. No private home transfer service is available.

Aspen/Snowmass to Denver International Airport

Passengers departing from Aspen/Snowmass to Denver International Airport will need to check in with Gray Line staff at the Aspen Pitkin County Airport at least 30 minutes prior to departure for Denver. Passengers purchasing door-to-door service will be picked up at their resort accommodations approximately 1 hour prior to their departure for Denver.

Eagle County Airport to Aspen Pitkin County Airport

Passengers arriving to Eagle County Airport will be met in the baggage claim area by Gray Line staff for departures to Aspen Pitkin County Airport at least 30 minutes prior to their departure. Service to Aspen/Snowmass will meet all major airline arrivals based on passenger demand. One passenger minimum will guarantee transfer service. Passengers purchasing door-to-door service will be picked up at their resort accommodations approximately 3 hours before their flight departure time from the Eagle County airport.

Aspen/Snowmass to Eagle County Airport

Passengers departing from Aspen/Snowmass to Eagle County Airport will need to check in with Gray Line staff at the Aspen Pitkin County Airport at least 30 minutes prior to their departure for Eagle. Service to Aspen/Snowmass will meet all major airline arrivals based on passenger demand. One passenger minimum will guarantee transfer service. Passengers purchasing door-to-door service will be picked up at their resort accommodations approximately 3 hours prior to their flight departure time from the Eagle County Airport.

Aspen Pitkin County Airport to Aspen/Snowmass Resort Accommodations

Passengers arriving to Aspen Pitkin County Airport will be met in the baggage claim area by Gray Line staff for regularly scheduled departures to their Aspen/ Snowmass resort accommodations. Service operates daily. No private home transfer service is available.

Aspen/Snowmass Resort Accommodations to Aspen Pitkin County Airport

Passengers will be picked up at their resort accommodations approximately 90 minutes prior to their flight departure from Aspen Pitkin County Airport.

GENERAL NOTES: Children under two ride free. All rates commissionable for travel agents/ concierge/wholesalers at contracted rate. No fuel surcharges. Rates fixed through May 2009. Guests are allowed up to 3 bags each. Additional charges apply for excess and oversize baggage. Gratuities not included. Transfers should be booked 24 hours in advance and cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable within 24 hours of scheduled departure. Group charter, private sedan and SUV rates available.
